How to play
How to Play Size Up: Giant Fighter Game
Steer the automatic runner through the safest useful lane, keep track of the active color, gather matching people and gems when the route allows, then attack when the run reaches the ring.
- 01
Start the level and hold the pointer or a finger on the play area. Drag horizontally to guide the runner left or right while forward movement happens automatically. Small corrections are easier to control than repeated full-width swipes.
- 02
Read the next color gate before choosing the lane beyond it. Passing through a gate changes the runner’s color, so look for people of that new color and avoid assuming that the previous target is still helpful.
- 03
Collect people who match the fighter’s current color. The fighter absorbs them, grows larger, and builds strength for the ring. Treat people of a different color as a risk, and leave room to steer around purple spikes.
- 04
Pick up gems when they sit on a route that does not sacrifice strength. A gem is useful, but entering the final fight with a stronger fighter is usually the more immediate priority.
- 05
At the ring, switch from steering to attacking. Click or tap repeatedly to strike the opponent. If the level fails, the result screen can offer a video-based continue or a “No Thanks” choice; declining returns to the level start for another attempt.
About the game
Build a stronger runner before the final fight
Size Up: Giant Fighter Game combines a short obstacle run with a ring fight. Your fighter moves forward automatically, so your main job on the road is to steer horizontally. Color gates change the fighter’s color, matching people are absorbed to increase the fighter’s size and strength, gems provide a collectible reward, and hazards can weaken the run before the opponent appears.
The useful question is not simply whether an item is within reach. Every sideways move changes the route into the next few obstacles. A cluster of matching people may be valuable, but crossing toward it can be a poor trade if purple spikes or people of another color block the return path. The road rewards quick reading: identify your current color, trace a safe lane, then collect what fits that lane.
Reaching the ring starts a separate attack phase. Click or tap to strike the opposing fighter. The strength gathered during the run matters here, which gives every earlier gate, matching person, and hazard a clear purpose. Gems can also be used from the menu for upgrades and cosmetic actions, but a careful route remains the foundation of a successful attempt.

Useful strategy
Route choices that preserve fighting strength
- Read one gate and one obstacle pattern ahead. The best lane before a gate depends on what becomes safe after your color changes, so a late reaction can send you toward the wrong people.
- Use short drags around spikes. A large swipe may clear the first point of danger but carry the fighter into another hazard on the opposite side.
- Do not chase every gem. Compare the gem’s line with the path toward matching people and the next gate. Take it when the detour remains open and controlled.
- Center the runner when the road briefly opens. A central position gives you more choice when the next pattern appears, while hugging an edge can make a cross-track correction harder.
- As the fighter grows, allow more space around the body when passing spikes. A route that looked generous at the start may feel tighter after several matching pickups.
- After a failed ring fight, change one road decision: avoid a spike lane, prioritize a matching cluster, or enter a gate from a better position. This makes the next run a useful comparison.
Treat each color gate as a route reset
A gate changes which people are useful, so it should reset your target selection. Before crossing, notice the gate color and scan the space immediately beyond it. If matching people are on the left but spikes occupy the direct approach, enter the gate nearer the center and bend left only after the hazard has passed. This two-part move is safer than dragging diagonally across every visible pickup.
Keep the active color in mind even when the screen becomes busy. The people ahead can look like a general crowd, but only the matching color supports growth. Use a simple rhythm: name the gate color, locate the matching lane, then check that lane for spikes and conflicting people. Once those three checks agree, make the move. The rhythm prevents a valuable-looking cluster from overriding what the gate just changed.
Sometimes the safest choice is to collect fewer matching people. Imagine a green gate followed by one green person near the center and a larger green cluster behind spikes at the edge. The central pickup can preserve a clean approach to the next section, while the cluster demands two sharp crossings. The better route depends on open space, not only the number of visible targets.
Steer for the fighter’s current size
Matching pickups make the fighter larger, which changes how much room the body appears to occupy. Begin avoidance moves slightly earlier after growing. Watch the complete fighter as it passes a spike cluster; the center line can look clear while part of the body is still close to danger. Early, measured movement reduces last-second overcorrection.
The center is a useful default, but it is not automatically safe. If the next spike pattern leaves a wide corridor on one side, commit to that corridor early and stay within it. Return toward the middle only after the fighter has fully passed the danger instead of recentering beside the spikes.
Arrive ready for the ring phase
The end of the road changes the task from steering to repeated attacks. Stop thinking about lateral lanes once the ring interaction begins and respond to the fight prompt with clicks or taps. The transition is easier if you expect it: finish the last obstacle movement cleanly, release the drag, and be ready to use the attack input.
If the opponent wins, the failure screen may present a continue tied to a video and a separate “No Thanks” option. The video choice is optional. Selecting “No Thanks” returns to the level start, where you can drag to begin another run. Gems collected in the observed session remained available after that ordinary restart, but this does not imply permanent progress after closing the game.
Use a loss to identify whether the problem began in the ring or on the road. If the attack input was already consistent, a stronger approach run is the useful change. Review the route that lost the most strength: perhaps an early gate caused a color mistake, a late gem pulled the fighter into spikes, or a sharp correction brought its enlarged body too close to danger. Fix that decision next time.
Quick answers
Size Up: Giant Fighter Game FAQ
Does the runner move forward automatically in Size Up?
Yes. The runner advances on its own during the road section. You control horizontal movement by dragging left or right, which lets you choose gates, matching people, gems, and safe gaps.
What happens when you pass through a color gate?
The runner changes to the gate’s color. After crossing, target people who match the new color and reassess the lane ahead instead of continuing toward the previous color.
How do you get stronger before the fight?
Collect people who match the fighter’s current color while avoiding purple spikes and people of another color. The fighter absorbs matching people, grows larger, and gains strength for the ring.
Should you collect every gem?
Only when the route is safe. A gem detour is a poor trade if it sends the fighter through a hazard, away from matching people, or into a bad position for the next color gate.
How do you attack in the final ring?
Click or tap repeatedly after the ring fight begins. Steering is used on the road; the fight changes to a direct attack input.
Can you retry without choosing the video continue?
Yes. On the observed level-failed screen, choosing “No Thanks” returned to the level start for another run. The separate continue option displayed a video icon, so treat it as an optional video-based choice.
