Airy Arcade provides browser games and related pages for personal entertainment. By using the site, you agree not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in ways that violate law.

Game and site ownership

Airy Arcade's original game code, artwork, written content, names, and site design are protected project assets. Some games are provided and hosted by third parties such as GamePix and Playgama and remain subject to their owners' rights and terms. Playing a game does not transfer ownership or grant a right to republish, sell, or present it as your own.

Availability

We work to keep games functional, but the site may change, pause, or remove a feature. A hosted game can also become unavailable or change independently of Airy Arcade. Local scores can be lost when browser data is cleared and are not promised as a permanent or cross-device record.

Responsible use

Do not automate play in a way that harms the service, bypass technical limits, inject code, scrape protected assets, or interfere with another visitor's experience.
